The Wisconsin County Highway Superintendents and Foremen Association (WCHSFA) is a not for profit organization for the purpose of protecting and furthering the common interests of county governments and providing educational opportunities relative to the governmental function of constructing and maintaining highways.

 



   MEMBERSHIP

 

Any county of the State of Wisconsin shall be considered a Member of the Association.

 

Individual membership in the Association shall be limited to those persons who are a County Highway Superintendent, Foremen, or equal position to include retired Superintendents and Foremen also.
